Pleasant surprise as holiday base.

The exterior of the building definitely needs a caring touch, so we did not have the big expectations about the apartment. Our goal was just to have a nightly base, as we were out most of the day, each day. We were pleasantly surprised with the apartment. Everything was in very good condition and the apartment was basically "new" (we had apartment 215). We have stayed at several other places before, at much higher cost, and it was not like this. If you have a family of 4 (we are 2 adults and 2 teenage boys) and need a place to have as a base while exploring Harzen, we will definitely recommend the Panoramic Oberharz (as mentioned, we only had access to apartment 215). All you need is available, good kitchen with all utensils, fridge, dishwasher, oven etc. Good furniture, bathroom and fast internet. There was still soe construction work, but nothing that bothered us. The only negative must be a lack of parking.

Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung. Mit Selbstverpflegung. Das Ehebett hat geknarzt, so dass man bei jedem umdrehen im Schlaf wieder wach wurde. In der Küche fehlte es an Ausstattung (z.B. eine Schere). Es ist sehr hellhörig. Wir hörten die Kinder über uns und ich möchte nicht wissen wie es sich für die Urlauber unter uns anhörte. Die Kurkarte haben wir erst nach Anruf digital erhalten. Dazu direkt die Rechnung, die als Zahlungsziel den gleichen Tag enthielt. Nur nehmen wir unser Tan-Gerät nie mit in den Urlaub. Auf meine Antwortmail, dass wir das gerne vor Ort (wie auch in der Buchungsbestätigung geschrieben) bezahlen können oder wir es nach unserem Urlaub überweisen, kam nichts zurück. Das Hotel mit den Ferienwohnungen ist schon etwas heruntergekommen. Aber für den Preis kann man auch nicht viel erwarten. Da wir eh meistens unterwegs waren, konnten wir über diese Sachen hinwegsehen. Aber nochmal fahren wir nicht dort hin. Die Umgebung ist und bleibt wunderschön. Wenn es nach unseren Kindern geht, müssen wir jetzt in den Harz ziehen.

Das Haus ist praktisch angelegt aber ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen. Leider hat das WLan nicht funktioniert trotz mehrmaligen Anruf. Am Ende meinte man es müsste an meinem Telefon liegen, weil sie Zugriff hätten, wobei immer die Meldung kam „Verbindung gescheitert“

Eine worklich schlechte Bewertung kanmn man für doesen Preis nicht verteilen, Verbessung wäre im Infotransport. Bei der Anreise wusste keiner welches Haus und woe wir an den Schlüssel für die Wohnung kommen.

Der var ikke gjort rent. Der var håndværker der larmede kl 07:00 om morgenen på et hotel. Der var ikke parkeringspladser nok og der var ikke skilt med hvor de ekstra pladser var. Minigolfbaner kunne godt bruge en renovering.

1. Es handelt sich um private Unterkünfte, die vermietet werden. 2. Die Wohnung, die unserer 4-köpfigen Familie zugewiesen wurde, war auf drei Personen ausgelegt (Betten für drei, 3 Stühle am Tisch etc) 3. Bettwäsche muss kostenpflichtig dazu gebucht werden. 20 € pro Tag... (die Info dazu habe ich bislang nicht auf hotels.com gefunden) 4. Die Gebäude scheinen ein ehemaliges Kurzentrum gewesen zu sein. Äußerlich furchtbar, heruntergekommen und in keiner Weise passend zur Landschaft oder dem Rest des Ortes. 5. Die Wohnung war in gutem Zustand. Küche hatte alles notwendige, Badezimmer mit Badewanne war ein Highlight für die Kinder. 6. Das für Hausgäste kostenlose Hallenbad sowie diverse Freizeitaktivitäten ( Pool-Billard, Air-Hockey, Riesenschach, großer Spielplatz) bieten viele Möglichkeiten, wenn man das Gebäude nicht verlassen will, um sich die den Harz anzusehen. 7. Die Parksituation ist problematisch, aber wenigstens kostenfrei.

Stedet trænger til en kærlig hånd

Det er billigt og udsigten er fin, men prisen afspejler også, hvad man får. Stedet er bygget i 70'erne og trænger meget til at blive renoveret. Lejligheden var ikke særligt godt rengjort og køleskabet var en stor isklump, så det reelt ikke kunne køle. Det meste af parkeringspladsen er under renovering, så vi var nød til at parkere ret langt væk fra hotellet.

Habe das Schlüsselsafe-System auf der Etage des Zimmers nicht sofort verstanden. Das 1. Zimmer war nicht gereinigt wurden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche lagen auf dem Boden. Ein Anruf bei Expedia ergab ein Zimmer Update welches Top war.

Wir waren jetzt ein 2. Mal in der Unterkunft und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wir hatten eine neu renovierte Ferienwohnung, sie war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, was wir auch wollten. Es gibt einen Brötchen Service, wir hatten jeden Morgen, frische Brötchen vor unser Tür.

Das Gebäude ist sehr heruntergekommen. Dazu hatten wir noch Pech mit dem Apartment. Die Küche sehr alt. Geschirr fehlte teilweise. Das Bad auch alt, aber noch gut in Funktion. Bei Anreise war unser Zimmer belegt, sodass wir erstmal telefonisch die Abhilfe suchen mussten. Keine Rezeption vor Ort vorhanden. Gesamteindruck ist leider negativ.

Die Wohnungen sind in 2 sehr unansehnlichen Hochhäusern. Rundum auf dem Gelände ist Baustelle. Auf Grund der Baustelle mussten wir unser Auto weit entfernt vom Apartment parken. Keine Möglichkeit zum Essen gehen. Dazu brauchte man das Auto. Das bestellte Wäschepaket war nicht auf dem Zimmer(also keine Bettwäsche und keine Handtücher) Kurzum, wir sind wieder abgereist. Das war absolut NICHTS!

Hotellet var meget tomt og diverse restauranter, legelandet til børn osv var permanent lukket. Poolen var dog åben og ret god. Toilettet på det første værelse var i stykker, så vi fik et nyt værelse. Værelset var ok, men manglede noget bestik, service etc i køkkenet. Generelt var værelset og hotellet en smule faldefærdigt og det lignede mere et spøgelseshotel

Stadig en stor byggeplads! Og ingen service, men det er 3 gang vi var her, og vidste hvad vi kunne forvente.Men vi havde denne gang en fuld renoveret lejlighed, som var rigtig lækker, og det er dejligt her, og prisen er jo fin i forhold til andre steder i Harzen. Kan bestemt anbefales til børne familier, men husk at reservere " Superior" lejlighed, koster lidt ekstra men det er pengene værd.

Fijn en schoon appartement, alles wat je nodig bent, is aanwezig. Echter mogen de dekbedden wel dikker zijn, dit waren hele dunne dekbedden en zelf beddengoed meenemen. Om het zwembad te betreden koste nogal wat moeite. Er was een bepaalde pas nodig die in het appartement niet aanwezig was en anders bij de lokale vvv verkrijgbaar (geopend ma-vrij).

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis einwandfrei. Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet großzügig geschnitten. Das ganze Gebäude ist zwar ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber ist trotz alledem zu empfehlen.

Et meget skuffende ophold

Da vi ankom var der en kæmpe byggeplads lige uden for hotellet's hovedindgang - Trådhegn og vandpytter mv. vi skulle kante os igennem - og det larmede op i mod 85 - 90 db (Meget højt) - det var ikke beskrevet noget sted at der pågår disse arbejder vedr. / på hotellet. Da vi kom på værelset var terrassedøren i stykker, den kunne ikke lukke - blev først repareret dagen efter. I den øverste køjeseng var der knækket lameller, så datteren sank rimelig langt ned i hovedet på lillesøsteren - det er simpelthen ikke i orden. Og så var den ene madress i soveværelset så blød så den nærmest var umulig at sove på. Sofaen i "stuen" var så beskidt så man nærmest ikke ønskede at sidde i den - en rensning ville klæde systemet/ rummet. Og ja der var da pool, men om morgen var det stille svømning, ingen plaskning/ leg mv. i poolen før efter kl. 15.00 - først der måtte der leges i poolen, skuffende. Og så lige en knækket terrasse stol på terrassen, nok nærmest livsfarlig hvis man skulle sidde i den. Så alt i alt meget skuffende for os. NB.: Maden og stemningen i bowlinghallen var fin ! - ENESTE LYSPUNT.
Havde kun video af byggepladsen, så måtte tage screen shot af videoen, men det er indgangen til hotellet, set i sin helhed er det meget værre, og sikken en larm fra byggepladsen da vi ankom !
