Sehr gut geführtes Hotel

Das Hotel wird von einer Familie geführt und der Service ist hervorragend. Wir haben die Wirtsleute nie unfreundlich erlebt. Sie hatten für alles ein offenes Ohr. Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, daran gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Wir können das Hotel mit besten Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel wird von einem sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Ehepaar geführt. Es ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen im Bett sind sehr weich, eine von zweien war auch leider ziemlich durchgelegen. Dennoch schläft man gut und vor allem Ruhig. Das Frühstück hingegen ist 1A, schöne Auswahl an Aufschnitt, Müsli und Getränken und die besten Frühstückseier die wir seit langem gegessen haben. Ähnlich hervorragend ist auch das Kuchen und Tortenangebot zur Nachmittagszeit mit hausgemachten Waffeln. Man geht vom Hotel sehr bequem auf einem separaten Fußweg durch eine Lindenallee runter ins Zentrum, durchaus angenehm. Wir würden aufgrund der Speisen, des Service und der Lage auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, am besten noch wenn es die Zimmer ein wenig modernisiert würden :)

Kurzurlaub

Das Apartment war sehr geräumig, sauber und frisch renoviert. Frühstück war gut, musste jedoch extra bezahlt werden. In wenigen Gehminuten war der Ortskern von Braunlage zu erreichen. Leider wurde uns beim Auschecken eine Endreinigung berechnet, obwohl in den Zimmerdetails auf Hotels.com eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung als Comfort beschrieben war, die allerdings nicht statt fand.
