the room could use some updating. was clean. the water park was freezing cold. the bunk beds were a great thing with the kids. overall it’s an ok hotel- the breakfast was better than average. Hopefully when the rest of the waterpark is open it will be better.

Mary and mike were amazing in the breakfast area! Made the kids special pancakes, made sure we were taken care of. So friendly! They seriously make your morning. Housekeeping was great, and friendly. Aaron at the desk was amazing and so helpful. Our truck broke in the lot and they were more than compassionate about the situation. We had 4 kids and they made sure we weren't cold, had coffee and offered late chkout. We will be back, the staff was exceptional! It was clean and welcoming.

Staff was nice and waterpark was so fun. Definitely a great place for younger kids!! Green slide is so fast and dark. We had a great time!! Only reason why I’m taking off a star is because our room needed just a tad bit more maintenance. They claim to be renovating at the moment(I didn’t see any renovations except at the lazy river, which is great) but I felt there was a few things in our room that needed attention to make a pleasant stay. My only other note when booking if your budgeting your trip is please don’t make the same mistake as me and think the waterpark is included in your stay, it costs extra ($20/person). Overall would be back!

We stayed on a holiday week and was provided a free catered meal with all the traditional fixings including turkey, ham, and brisket. The staff was very friendly and attentive to all our needs. The place was quiet and very clean. I definitely will return with family in the coming year. We had a very pleasant 4 days and rates were quite reasonable.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! We loved how clean the waterpark was and how attentive the lifeguards were. The slides were a blast. Will definitely be back. Breakfast was good and had a great variety! Bed was comfy and the bunk beds were a hit. I think it will be amazing when they get the remolding done. Hoping that the price stays competitive as well. Very affordable. Wish that booking on third party the waterpark tickets were included.

We'll be back

Everything was clean and working. We noticed some scuffing on the walls in lobby when we first arrived and it was painted the very next morning. So they are clearly continuously updating. Unfortunately the waterpark wasnt open for 2 of our 4 nights but the kids all LOVED it when they finally opened. Hot breakfast every morning served up by the winderful Mary Jane, was also a big hit. Plently of room for our large family. Our ONLY complaints are the beds aren't very comfy and the water park not being open every day yet. But that wont stop our return. We will definitely be coming back.

Branson WaterPark Hotel was a 10/10 experience. Rooms were great and staff very helpful. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of choices to a big breakfast area. My granddaughters used the waterpark which was very clean and well staffed with lifeguards. From check in to check out everything was perfect!

Our room was clean and appropriate for me, my husband, and daughter. However, our air conditioner didn’t seem to keep the room cold enough for us. (I’m 7 and a half months pregnant, so I’m already warm as it is.) I think it’s crazy for the price we had to pay to book the room that we also had to pay to go to the water park area to let our daughter play and swim. I feel like that should be included in the hotel. The water park was neat. However, the water park water was absolutely freezing. My daughter and husband couldn’t even stand to be in it longer than 10 minutes at most till we finally left. She was really looking forward to getting to play in it too. The “lifeguards” were too busy playing on their phones even if there was a real emergency I don’t think they would even know what to do.

The lazy river was shut down and we were not told about it prior to booking. We were looking forward to the lazy river because we had an infant and it would have been easier with him. We are very disappointed with the lack of communication regarding this.

Clean, surprisingly quiet, and comfy beds! The attendant that checked me in was quite rude, but all other staff I encountered were amazing - From the cook, to the front desk, to the housekeeping. You could literally hear the pride in this establishment, in their voices and stories. I will definitely return!
