We were originally placed in the back and it was a bit creepy as you backed up to woods. We requested a new room and was put in the very front row felt very safe up there. Walking distance to all the sightseeing places and lots of choices for food. Staff was great!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Room was perfect, staff was friendly and accommodating. Very nice pools inside and outside. Very clean and easy to navigate. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Branson.

Room was ok for the price but some of our towels were dirty. The indoor pool was...old and not maintained well but we had issues with TV and staff was very responsive and had it fixed right away

Good location and clean. Only drawback, they did not provide enough towel's nor coffee. Everytime we went into the office, they were either not there or they said they would bring it later.. Other than that, we would stay again..

A good stay

The man working at the desk was super nice. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was ok had waffles and biscuits and gravy. Also had eggs but no meat. The hotel is three buildings two buildings have the rooms. One building has the inside pool. So to go to breakfast have to go to another building( the same building as the lobby

Bring your own TP and Towels

Great location and price! But the hotel is very overdue for a remodel. Don't expect clean towels trash emptied and toilet paper because they don't service the rooms at all while you're there. I'm not expecting them to pick up or make beds but at least give us towels and toilet paper and you know empty the 1 tiny trash can they provide.

Great place on the strip

Very nice hotel. Newly remodeled rooms. Beds super comfy with plenty of pillows which was great. Nice indoor and outdoor pool. Great place to stay in Branson right on the strip.

The property manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay was good. He switched our rooms as the first one was a bit smokey. You could tell from previous reviews they were working diligently to correct others concerns. The pool was great. The rooms were average but it's a 2 star hotel. We will stay again. If the entire room had laminate floor that would be udeal. Thank you sir for going above and beyond!

Well we came to have a fun but relaxing time with the fam, everything was good we had conjoined rooms which was good, we are a big family, indoor pool was nice heated ,we enjoyed it, only two complaints, housekeeping took one of my personal bath towels and the heater in room 611 wasnt working to good but since we had conjoined rooms the heater from 612 kept both rooms warm , oh yeah, the house breakfast was great we enjoyed our stay overall. Thank you we will be back again.
