"We were greeted by the nicest woman when we entered the door! She truly made us feel welcomed and important! Our room was beautiful and very close to the indoor pool and hot tub and also the dining room which had a great buffet breakfast! I will definitely be telling my friends and family about this establishment! The Hotel Grand Victorian is a beautiful place to stay!"

"Stayed on July 7 2026, Wednesday: It’s an older property. Almost vacant, entire complex, seems to cater to v.i.p. Group. Best part of the condo was the outdoor veranda area. Check in at 4pm…wow! Unless VIP, then check in is noon? After a drive from Texas, got there 2 pm. Had to wait 2 hours for a call that unit was ready. Never got the call so went back to office and after a while they let us in to the unit. 4th floor. Elevators all the way. Then the neighbors showed up. Wow so loud sounded like...

"Great place to stay for a few days to explore Branson. The pool was under renovation and even though the room was amazing.. it was missing a full mirror.. ladies need this.. Also the tub had a hose that leaked.. otherwise great area quiet and safe.."

"This place was horrible. It’s so old and outdated it needs to be renovated. Our room specifically was not great. The tv didn’t work. We didn’t figure that out until after lobby closed. We had to lift the bathroom door slightly up to get it to close, one of our blankets has a visible hole in it. The ac unit was not great. We had to crank it all the way low then it started making the lights in our room flicker. The bathtub was disgusting old and need replacing. The bed was old and needed replacing...

"Parking was good bed was ok, air worked great. but room was not clean there was a lot of hair in shower looked like it had not been cleaned. Room had a lot of dirt on walls the room I got was not the one on the Website overall not a very clean hotel would not recommend !!"
