"This was our 3rd stay at Branson Towers, we always stay a minimum of 5 nights each time and steadily the hotel has went down hill so to speak. We noticed right off the bat this last trip that upon checking in our room smelled damp and moldy. We noticed the carpeting was very old, damp and stained. The bed mattresses were thin and extremely uncomfortable, the sheets didnt fit the beds and it was awful trying to rest. We asked for our room to have towels restocked daily, floor vacuumed and trash emptied and only 1 day did that happen... We requested batteries for the remote and were told " thats not covered in our stay and perhaps we should buy some if we want to watch TV" I was upset to say the least! Pool towels weren't restocked daily so we had to use our room towels and hang them to dry to reuse daily, speaking of the pool it was dirty. Severe chlorine smell but you could clearly see hair, and other material floating in the water. The hot tub which we always enjoyed wasn't so "hot" this time. My room bath water was warmer. All in all this was a bad experience and one we will not make again. We pay on average between 500.00 and 700.00 a week here when we come, I will be spending that money elsewhere from now on. All I want to say is I'm very sad and upset, we went for a week to unwind and de-stress but this just made it impossible..."
