"Breakfast is terrible. The bed is too soft that I had a hard time to sleep."

"The exterior of the property looks clean, but the room we were assigned was run-down. The bed sheets and comforter were dirty and old. We asked the front desk to move us to another room, but they said they were full, so they replaced all the bedsheets and pillowcases. It left a bad impression, and I didn't feel comfortable, but it was only for two nights. Towels were also very old and limited. I booked the hotel because it was affiliated with Wyndham, which gave me some confidence, but I was not impressed. We paid $25 for early check-in and stayed in the room to ensure all the bed linens were replaced, I asked for a refund but was told I had to speak t a manager. It seems the owner and staff are all family members who also do the hotel cleaning. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place."

"I definitely enjoyed our stay at Best Western the staff was so considerate. They all know what customer service is really about! Enjoyed the pool and morning breakfast! Loved they had no pork by products in there waffles nor syrup!! My family and I will absolutely come again when we need a weekend away!"
