"This is a beautiful hotel with phenomenal customer service. The hotel is located right on the periphery of the historic center of Ghent on a quiet street with taxi access and several restaurants. Ghent is magnificent, and when we go back, we'll definitely stay at Pillows."

We knew we were in for a treat from the minute we arrived and the receptionist walked us to our room, which had a waiting waffle. The staff was always smiling,warm and welcoming. "Room was clean, staff went above and beyond to help us..."Arthur" was fantastic in helping us locate a pharmacy open late as my son developed tonsillitis and had to have a prescription filled. Breakfast was amazing...location was great! A bit noisy due to construction...but no fault of the hotel"

"Kahvaltı için 2 kişi 40 Euro ödedik çocuklar için ücretsizdi. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli açık büfe şeklinde ve güzeldi. Otelde kullanılan ürünler kaliteli ve temizdi. Genel olarak lüks bir otel ve konforu yaşarsınız. Hemen yanında ikea var yemek konusunda problem yaşamadık. "

"What a lovely hotel! We stayed with our two children in a studio and the room was perfect. Plenty of room and great facilities. The little kitchen was an absolute bonus and plenty of room to cook if you wanted to. Walkable to the centre and the dock area was an interesting walk too. Great pizza in the restaurant and breakfast was delicious too. Parking was also easy and able to charge our car, even if it was expensive, it was convenient. We have recommended it to friends and would happily stay...

"Hôtel ultra propre, moderne, joli et pratique. Parfaitement situé (en plein centre ville + quartier sûr et avec nombreuses options shopping + restauration). Chambre confortable avec équipements très fonctionnels et produits d'accueil de qualité. Petit-déjeuner buffet très frais. Fontaines à eau/thé etc. dans le hall, ajoutant à la convivialité du lieu. Décoration dans tout l'hôtel à la fois neutre et fun. Equipe agréable. Excellent rapport qualité-prix !"
