Wonderful Stay Great Staff Excellent Spa

Quaint property with spacious room and lovely staff

My girlfriend and I decided to go to Bristol zoo on the bank holiday (last minute decision) and needed accommodation, we went for the coach house as the price and looks of the 1750's coach house really appealed to us. On arrival it was quite difficult to find the entrance however we found the sign to turn in on the second approach, nice big carpark to park in. It stated to phone the coachouse before we arrived (just so that somebody would be present when we arrived so we could get our room key)...

Wow! What an amazing two days. We stayed in the King Henry VIII Suite, which was such a fantastic experience. The restaurant meals were superb and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay here in one of the new deluxe rooms. The room was incredibly comfortable, very well furnished and spotlessly clean with a large bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of hot dishes (special praise for the eggs benedict) alongside fruit juices, pastries, yogurt etc. We also had an evening meal in the pub which was again very nice. Superb property superb staff superb food we will return

Lovely little hide away hotel with a sweet little courtyard with very pleasant out door dining. Very efficient staff in the restuarant, excellent service, excellent food. Whole experience was a pleasure. Only issue was we had to pay for overnight parking, which run out at 9am in the morning.

Loved the lay out of the hotel. Very quirky and so very different to your normal/regular hotel. Great bar and food! Good part of town. Will definitely stay again! Only downside, no parking. But Cabot Circus car park just 5 mins walk. £17.80 for 24 hours. Costly, but safe place to park. Dont bother with JustPark app. It is cheaper, but will send you to dodgy neighbourhoods.

Very busy weekend but beautiful hotel and great food

Lovely stay

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Seems to have been renovated recently and the rooms are spacious and lovely. Unfortunately the windows don't open and the door to the balcony is locked. The breakfast is decent and has what you want. You can request vegan/vegetarian options as well! Staff were lovely and helpful and they have a quick check out option as well.

The rose and crown is a really lovely place to stay. The staff went out of their way to help. Excellent food and everywhere was really clean
