"We booked to stay 2 nights, arrived on Friday which was a heatwave day and was told we would get a fan in our room. When there was no fan in the room, we were told they are all allocated out! When questioned the staff, we got attitude and the response was- fine, you can have my fan, I won't have one! The same night it was thunder and lightning so we left the doors open in our room, 3am we got around 30 - 40 wasps fly into our room landing on us! It was horrific. We called reception and 2 people...

Spa facilities clean and fully working, cannot mention a negative comment about the property."

I explained this to the guys at reception who managed to check if on by 13:00, which meant we were able to get ready leisurely, and have lunch before we left"
