"When we arrive, the staff at the front desk didnt speak english very well, so we didnt have a warm welcome. They barely spoke to us about the area, services of the hotel, etc. The room was little, the shower really small, the toilet was too high ( I know, its a strange commentary, I didnt know the importance of the height of a toilet before that!). They dont have a safe in the room, the bigger beds are double. The A/C was directly on the bed, for sleeping, it was freezing even if the...
