Lovely staff who go out of their way to help

Fabulous friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Excellent breakfast too. This place is, however, very basic and if you're expecting international standards in the room you will be disappointed. This is a very 'Turkish' place. The shower was warm, the bed was comfortable. No safe in the room but lock boxes in the entrance hall. Don't expect to get in the pool in summer - it's full of children, loads of people around and lots of smokers. We would stay here again mainly because the staff are so lovely and allowed us to stay longer as our boat didn't leave until the evening. They printed our documents for us.

5 yaşındaki oğlumuzla birlikte iki gece konaklama için burayı tercih ettik. Odalar geniş, ferah ve oldukça temizdi; nevresimler ile havlular da aynı şekilde tertemizdi. Konum olarak kesinlikle çok iyi bir yerde; marinaya 5 dakika, çarşıya ise 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Araç parkı konusunda oldukça rahat bir yer olmasının yanı sıra, otelin hemen arkasında çocuğun keyifle vakit geçirebileceği çok geniş bir belediye parkı da bulunuyor. Hem her yere yakın hem de sessiz ve sakin bir lokasyona sahip. Otel bünyesindeki havuz, çocuklu bir aile olarak bizim için gayet yeterli ve keyifliydi. Ayrıca kahvaltısı da son derece yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Rahmi Bey son derece ilgili, güler yüzlü ve çok yardımcı birisi; bizi çok sıcakkanlı bir yaklaşımla karşıladı ve rahat etmemiz için elinden geleni yaptı. Genel anlamda ailece oldukça memnun kaldık. Geleceklere gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

evcil hayvan kabul etmeleri ve her konuda aşırı yardımsever, saygılı olmaları çok iyiydi. Temizlik olarak çarşaflar ve genel olarak odalar temizdi. Havuz etraftaki ağaçlardan dolayı çok kirlenmekte ama buna otelin yapabileceği bir şey yok ne yazık ki. Odaların duvarları oldukça ince bu yüzden diğer odalardan çok fazla ses gelebilmekte. Konum olarak marinaya çok yakın ve bu sayede istediğiniz an yemek ve eğlence yerlerine yürüyerek gidebiliyorsunuz. Tuttuğumuz odada duş başlığı biraz sıkıntılıydı onun dışında bir sıkıntı ile karşılaşmadık.

Bayram tatili için küçük köpeğimizle 5 gece kaldık. Hatta balayı tatilimiz oldu. Çalışanlar, özellikle Rahmi bey ve Umut bey o kadar güleryüzlü ve samimi insanlar ki, her gün sohbet ettik, bize çok yardımcı oldular ve hatta küçük köpeğimiz bile rahat etsin diye uğraştılar. Otelin kahvaltısı muhteşemdi, özellikle Umut bey’in yaptığı börek ve kekler olağanüstüydü. Odalar tertemiz, dekorasyon muhteşem, çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü, balayı tatilinizde başka ne isteyebilirsiniz. Biz çok üzülerek ayrıldık ama Koz Marigold’da kaldığımız için de çok mutluyduk. Her şey için tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar görüşeceğiz.

Rami Bey çok güzel ilgilendi bizimle çok güleryüzlü kibar ve yardımsever birisiydi. Odaların temizliği çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı oldukça yeterli ve güzel ekstra olarak kahvaltı sonrası ücretsiz bir şekilde kahve içebiliyorsunuz. Konum olarak çarşıya kaleye ve plaja yürüme mesafesi. Hatta plaja gideceğimiz zaman Rami Bey bize şemsiye olanağı da sağladı. Otopark gayet yeterli büyüklükte. Gerçekten çok güzel bir işletme herkese öneriyorum.
