"Totally disappointed. Not an inexpensive motel but it absolutely deserves one star. First the property is filthy, including the shabby little reception area. Their garbage and recycling area it’s right at the staircase, very unsightly and disgusting. Fortunately the room itself was clean but worn looking. Bizarrely, they have two refrigerators. It took forever for someone to come to the front desk so I could check in — and I asked her and her associate for a late checkout which I really needed. apparently they forgot to tell anyone. However, even though I had do not disturb sign on the door, the housekeeper who I had already told I had a late checkout knocked and disturbed me as I was trying to get some sleep. Then a worker literally came in with a key… What the hell? When I called downstairs repeatedly no one answered the phone and there was no answering service. There was no hot water at 11 AM. Homeless people were all over, smoking cigarettes and picking through their trash. This place is a disaster and I would never stay here again. You have been warned. "

"The room was clean and a little outdated. However when asking staff for more blankets the front desk receptionist was on a personal phone call and made us wait till she hung up to help us. Then we were asked for more blankets the staff member said they only had one left. A few minutes before we watched a woman carry four blankets up to her room. So we asked the staff member to clarify. And they said they have no more blankets just one left. How did the hotel run out of all there blankets???"
