"Staff attitude ranged from good to excellent. I think management above Frontline may not be encouraging good people? The add-on daily parking fee totaled almost $40, which other hotels in Midland have not done in the past, and the waffle griddle had many months of neglected cleaning behind it. However, value, location, comfort, overall value & amenities and staff are such that I would stat there again."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn Midland West, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome right away. The lobby was bright and inviting, setting a positive tone for my stay. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV, ample desk space, and complimentary Wi-Fi, made it easy to relax and catch up on work. I particularly enjoyed the spacious bathroom, which had a great shower and plenty of fluffy towels. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a highlight. With a varied selection of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, oatmeal, and hot items like scrambled eggs and bacon, there was something for everyone. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore the area. The hotel’s location was also a significant plus—conveniently situated near shopping and dining options, making it easy to find everything I needed. Plus, the cozy atmosphere of the hotel and the well-maintained facilities provided a sense of home away from home. Overall, my stay at the Hampton Inn Midland West exceeded my expectations in every way.
