"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn Midland West, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome right away. The lobby was bright and inviting, setting a positive tone for my stay. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV, ample desk space, and complimentary Wi-Fi, made it easy to relax and catch up on work. I particularly enjoyed the spacious bathroom, which had a great shower and plenty of fluffy towels. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a highlight. With a varied selection of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, oatmeal, and hot items like scrambled eggs and bacon, there was something for everyone. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore the area. The hotel’s location was also a significant plus—conveniently situated near shopping and dining options, making it easy to find everything I needed. Plus, the cozy atmosphere of the hotel and the well-maintained facilities provided a sense of home away from home. Overall, my stay at the Hampton Inn Midland West exceeded my expectations in every way. "Overall the room is clean, the staffs (room service, kitchen) are friendly. However, the elevator is down without fixes on sight. Climbing 4 floors during hot Texas summer can be taxing. The checking out time can be a little more flexible. We asked the front desk if we can check out at 2pm due to a delayed event, after spending 5 nights. Unfortunately, we were denied, though the hotel doesn’t seem to be fully occupied due to the broken elevator."
