"We stayed for 3 nights, day 1 there was no hot water, so no shower or cleaning from the sink, staff sorted it out! Nothing went wrong on day 2 but day 3 the electricity blew just before we were going out so kinda messed up our preparation, again the staff sorted it. Guess we were a little unlucky but lots of positive things as well"

"Large room with very comfortable beds, quiet and had a great sleep. Large grounds and would recommend it."

"Great room, good and clean. Great decor and would certainly visit again. (Too good to say a "stay" as host so personable and friendly). Self check in as such, but only because of our travel time varied, would have been met by owners. Great hosts, giving good local advice and hints and tips, could not do enough to help us a new to the area. Bed very comfortable and certainly a warm room. We felt really at home here. "Unfortunately on 2nd floor shower was cold to barely lukewarm for the entire weekend in March. Heating too was off when we arrived but later fixed. No breakfast available and noise throughout the night with banging doors talking laughing etc. Odour exists in rooms and corridors. Hotel is a throwback to the 60's and badly in need of a total renovation. However the price is quite cheap so you get what you pay for."
