"We stayed for 3 nights, day 1 there was no hot water, so no shower or cleaning from the sink, staff sorted it out! Nothing went wrong on day 2 but day 3 the electricity blew just before we were going out so kinda messed up our preparation, again the staff sorted it. "Terrible service "

"Perfect room for the tired golfer. Yards from the 18th hole and a minute's walk to the restaurant and a delicious full English in the morning. Smiling, helpful staff. Clean room, comfy bed, everything in good working order. Will return. "

"Great reception and sorted parking. Room was very smelly like old sweat. Sheets were clean and tidy but the carpet need changing it in a manky state. Bathroom clean and tidy but vinyl needs changing as it doesn't fit properly. Good enough for me to lay my head but I was out of there early as I was not going to be hanging around in that room."

"Absolutely lovely staff very polite and helpful and welcoming. First impressions of the hotel are lovely its clean welcoming and fresh feeling. Unfortunately the mattress in our room (22) was absolutely awful! Not fit for sleeping on at all. We made do for 1 night but had our stay been longer I couldn’t have done it. It pinged creaked and flattened like a pancake upon sitting or laying. You could seriously pick up a free one on marketplace in better condition than that was in. However...

"Was a lovely simple property in the heart of Bournemouth, only a few minutes walk from the town or the beach. Self check in/out was seamless and they offered a decent self-service breakfast. Room was clean with plenty of amenities."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, check in was easy and the parking was good. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice. The room was well equipped and clean. I would definately stay again if in Bournemouth."
