"The rooms are terribly dated like something from the 70s and I don't mean retro. Last minute option for me but it wouldn't be my first choice. Staff were very nice and helpful but literally the owners need to upgrade everything. My room had an adjoining door to another room , the door and walls were very thin and I could head every conversation and "activities" that were going on. Hands on ears "La La La La" but fair play to their happy ending but not something I was expecting to be part of...

"Very disappointed in our stay, it was stressful as multiple things were wrong with the room, the bath was unusable with no plug and they couldn't find one to fit it after many try's by the reception manager, which was very disappointing for apparently a paid upgraded "executive king room" it was basic with No king size bed more like a small double. The bedside lamp was broken and actually swung down where it was loose and just missed my head. The staff were polite and friendly and apologetic and...

"We loved the petals scattered on our bed as we had just arrived from our wedding. On the downside there were wedding events two nights in a row so there was late night getting to sleep, on the upside both wedding parties sounded fantastic, the guests were having a good time and we were on our honeymoon ☺️"

"Stayed in the superior family room. Whilst the main double bed was very comfortable. The 2 small single pull out beds her diabolical. Both children don’t sleep at all so all has to try and sleep in the main bed. Which was very tricky. The room was drab and outdated. The shampoo/shower gel bottles are very difficult to use.
