Breakfast was amazing!! Room was so comfy! But unfortunately the woman at the desk this morning (1/6/26) around 8am was rude and unhelpful :( hate to say but this experience will make it so we won’t be back. We frequent Boulder because of family that lives in the area, and we were initially excited to have found a hotel that we felt comfortable in and like we could come back to again and again. Loved the rest of my experience, but it is just so unfortunate. The man who checked us in last night (1/5/26) around 9pm was great. But the experience this morning has just left a very sour taste in my mouth.
