This is an affordable place to stay close to Pearl Street Mall. Its not luxurious but has everything you need for a good nights rest. The beds are comfortable, the shower has a lot of water pressure and the blackout curtains work great. It should be noted that it is super clean also. We would stay here again.

I felt like this roadside motel is a hidden jewel. I was extremely pleased with how updated and clean my room was. The bathroom was modern, spacious, and clean. I also found the bed to be extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly during check-in and check-out. I would definitely stay there again. There was also plenty of parking.

We always enjoy staying at the Boulder University Inn. The staff is super nice, it's very centrally located so you can walk everywhere. It has easy parking - we were even able to park our Uhaul trailer in the parking lot with no problem. And the prices are reasonable compared to other options in Boulder. I would highly recommend it and will stay there again.

I was very impressed by how quiet and comfortable my room was. Parking is a little tight, mostly because those with California, Oregon and Utah plates CANNOT PARK CORRECTLY IN JUST ONE SPACE. Samantha in the office was fantastic and asked questions to make sure that I had a nice visit. The room was excellent and the bathroom/shower were clean and comfortable. Will stay there again if possible. Coffee shop down the street was great!

We had the corner King. The room had plenty of space and was clean and bed was comfortable. We were in town for a concert and the location was great. We would stay again for these reasons. The gentleman who checked us in was personable and gave us plenty of useful information when asked about the surrounding area.
