"A lovely beach hotel and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but we stayed in a garden view on the first level, which was very simple. The price was reasonable. Perfect spot for a quiet getaway."

"Just returned from our week long stay at Beaches TCI. We loved our time there, however just a couple of bumps to recognize. It room was beautiful but shower curtain smelt of mildew. Once we brought it to housekeeping attention it was replaced immediately. Resort it very large so took a bit to get acclimated. Was an effort for someone to actually give us a printed layout of the resort but someone did find one. We figured there would be more information on the resort and itineraries, shows. activities, food. etc but really had to search for information throughout resort. We did our homework online so wasn't as bad as it could have been if we hadn't. Staff was extremely pleasant. We were in French village so couldn't see beach from our room. Beautiful pool and garden view though. Bottles of wine in room didn't get replaced when empty. Needed to ask. Coffee want that great. One amazing cup of cafe latte at Cafe but all others were not very good. Mixed drinks seemed to be on the weak side. Very family oriented. Excellent programs for children and lots of families so if looking for adult resort comfort might want to choose adult only resort. Food was absolutely amazing!!! Every single party of it. Top notch cuisine!!"

Entire staff was helpful, Khem, Sley, Love, Fortune, David... too many to mention, all great. Excellent location for relaxation and peace and quiet. Atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. "The Seven Stars Resort was wonderful; overall, a great staff, lovely grounds, convenient location, great included breakfast buffet, beautiful room, gorgeous beach & pool. The resort is very close to a nice market where you can buy soda, sunscreen, food, etc. It's a 5 minute walk. The resort is also close enough to walk to a number of restaurants. Since taxis are extremely expensive, being able to walk to restaurants is a huge plus. My room was a junior oceanfront suite with a king bed. It had a stunning view of the water from its balcony. The room & bathroom were very spacious & lovely with a kitchenette. The mini fridge even had an ice maker. A very slight annoyance was that the ac was very loud when the compressor kicked on. I had to adjust the volume on the tv when this happened. Another slight annoyance is the check in process upon arrival. I was asked to take a seat in the un-airconditioned lobby & was given a clip board with a form to fill out. Why am I writing my email & home address? Surely, they already have this info. Other info was asked for, too. I had been up since 4 AM. It was now about 4 PM. I was tired & hot. I just wanted to get to my room. Furthermore, the unsmiling young man who handed me the clip board (Cory or Cody) left, saying he'd be right back. I don't know why he left, but he was gone so long that 2 other staff members asked me if I was being helped. When he returned, he showed me the grounds in a very uninterested, cursory manner. "
