"Hôtel ,à la hauteur de mes attentes,,personnelles ,à l’écoute ,souriant , très bien situé au centre ville de Montréal. Piscine chauffée,salle de sport au top .et le restaurant magnifique."

"学会場にとても近く、朝ごはんも6時からでとても良かったです。 毎日清掃もきちんと入ってくださっていましたが、初日到着した日に使用前のベッドに髪の毛が結構ついていたのが気になりました。"

"Great location in Old Town Montreal! Loved the food, service was excellent every where!"

"We loved everything about the hotel. We have no complaints. The staff was simply top notch. The location was everything. We will return to Montreal, and we will return to this wonderful hotel."

"its location is great. nice hotel with clean facilities"

"I think the parking lot attendant ruined our trip in the first five minutes of our arrival. Wasn’t very friendly and demanded I go pay more for parking after my car was a bit longer than the suv beside us. I have a 5seater Honda and he thought it was a 7 seater. Room could have been cleaner under the beds, our shower temperature was all over the place so we opted to have baths, room was...

"Excellent customer service. The hotel is in the old part of Montreal and is a short walk to restaurants and places of interest. We just walked to Notre Dame Basilica for the Aura show."

"Great location. Very unique hotel with a cool bar in basement"

"Nabil at the front desk was so helpful and kind! Would definitely return."

"Our room was cleaned extremely well. We had a 1 bedroom with 3 beds, queen, murphy and sofabed and all 3 beds were comfortable. Unit was generously sized with a kitchenette, and the bathroom was also clean, roomy, and accessed from both the bedroom and living room. The staff was very helpful from providing us with extra nespresso pods, to giving us directions, or helping with information."

"The property was clean and once we figured out how to check in and park it was great and the attendant even better. Lovely staff, great suite. All amenities were perfect. You were given slippers and a tote bag to keep. Can't wait to go back."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Old Montreal! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and perfectly located for exploring the charming streets of Old Montreal, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, and the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. We especially loved the hotel’s stylish atmosphere and convenient location, which made our visit to Montreal even more enjoyable. A fantastic choice for anyone visiting...

"Generally nice room. They were doing loud cleaning work (grinding or buffing) in the middle the night. Very noisy. I was offered ear plugs. More of a $500 hotel. I paid $700."
