"Our second time here. Beautiful surroundings. Great, friendly staff. The whole complex is very clean. The room is as comfortable as any we’ve stayed in around the world. Speaking of which, the breakfast is world class. However, what happened the afternoon we arrived was disappointing, disgusting, and simply baffling. And insulting. We arrived around 4:00 pm (16;00). "The hotel was very comfortable with good air conditioning, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. The best feature however was the location which was ten seconds walk from the main street and an easy walk to most of the sites. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to stay in Sarejevo. There is free parking but the soaces are a bit tight."
