First, the employees were all so good. Camille especially went out of her way to help. She even translated for me helping to get our VRBO. The hotel is nice and super clean. One star off only because of Harley-Davidson facility next door.

The staff and inside the hotel were amazing and super helpful! The breakfast buffet was also very good! They offer a small dinner choice that you can heat up in your microwave and it’s tasty along with a glass of wine. This is good because there is nowhere in the immediate vicinity to eat. The neighborhood is pretty desolate and not great for taking the bus. The stop is several blocks away and with luggage and 38/. 95 degrees was difficult and the entrance to the hotel was not easy to see!

I had a good stay and would stay again, however only if I didn't intend to use the kitchen area to cook much. The kitchenette is tiny, with no stand off area for hot pans. The fridge and sink are significantly smaller than other aparthotels and I found it difficult to cook. There was no storage space in the kitchen for my own food, so I ended up storing some of this on the floor, which is not ideal. There is also carpet in the kitchen area, which makes it difficult to clean up if something is spilt. The bin is also too small. The apartment was perfectly clean, however other than 2 hangers had no storage areas for clothes etc. As a result I lived out of my suitcase for 4 days, which was not ideal.for me. The staff were fantastic and extremely friendly and welcoming and let me check in a few minutes earlier, which I greatly appreciated after a long journey. The hotel is relatively isolated, however the area felt safe. It is about a 30 min walk to the station, however there is s bus which stops close to the hotel and the tram is about a 15 min walk. There is also a supermarket in Begles (15 min walk) Other than the kitchenette and the storage, the apartment was good. It had good soundproofing, the TV had a good selection of channels. It had a bath which I greatly appreciated. The room has air-conditioning.and a king sized bed. Overall, this was a great option for my budget and I would stay again.
