this property is clean and conveniently located. it is within minutes of walk to the light rail station that goes to downtown Bordeaux. Staff are helpful and friendly. The kitchenette is convenient and useful.

Staff spoke excellent English, the check in was fast and the hotel was immaculate. Room was huge and facilities were amazing. Bathroom also spotless. Bed very comfortable. Pillows were a little small (I love big pillows) but still comfortable. Really recommend this hotel. I didn’t eat the food as I left early but everything else was great.

The room was clean, spacious, and very pleasant. Most staff members were professional and friendly; however, a few would benefit from additional training. The primary concerns were the leaking garage, limited amenities, and additional charges for room cleaning. The nearby tram wasn’t an issue—in fact, I appreciated the convenient access. However, ongoing construction made access to the hotel and garage somewhat inconvenient at times. Would I stay here again? If the construction is completed and the garage leak is fixed, I would consider it.

Super établissement l’accueil formidable avec un grand sourire , chambre très propre bien insonorisée, le personnel est à votre écoute ,en plus pour le petit déjeuner c’est un buffet avec du sucré et du salé vraiment je le recommande vous ne serez pas déçu , je devais aller au CHU HAUT LEVEQUE tous le jours on y est a pied en 15 mn C’EST VRAIMENT TRÈS PRATIQUE , si j’ai besoin je reviendrai . Le tram est à côté ainsi que la gare Pessac Alouette pour aller à l gré de Pessac ou vers Bordeaux c’est top

Très bon hôtel avec qq places de parking à proximité immédiate et accès à un parking fermé distant de 300m au prix de 10€ la nuit ( tout à fait correct) Le petit déjeuner est vraiment correct. Ma chambre était propre et bien équipée.

Personnel sympathique, aimable et serviable. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Entretien de l'hébergement ( chambre, vaisselle,salle de bain ,cuisine...) ainsi que les cages escaliers sont à améliorer. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié ( sucré, salé ) , diverses boissons . Deux parkings sont à votre disposition ( souterrain payant ) et extérieur gratuit. Proche tram.
