Great Alternative to Central Bordeaux

A clean, comfortable hotel with ample parking and it is a great alternative to central Bordeaux. The staff was super - I had a medical issue and they were very attentive and helped me get to doctor. I wish I could have stayed longer but I do hope to be back.

The positive side of this hotel is that it is quiet and comfortable. We arrived on Sunday and there was no staff to ask any questions. We went out to dinner on Monday and when we arrived, we couldn’t access the hotel because the code they gave us wasn’t working. We were outside at night for over 30 minutes. We called the number at the gate but it was going to voicemail. We later learned that we needed to call the number next to the gate code. The next day we talked to the hotel about our access troubles and their only answer was that they changed the code and forgot to give us the new code. No sorry, no acknowledgement of the troubles we went through. Due to this experience, our kids think that Bordeaux is the worst place ever. We had great times in the area but never had issues like this.

This hotel wasn’t what I expected. No front desk staff after 7. Room had one full bed and a loveseat type of sofa to sleep on. Had to ask for sheet for it-it was vinyl. Paid for 2 breakfasts and there was hardly anything being served-no eggs left and the rest of the food was scarce.

Amazing cuisine - book your dinner!

A nice, small, family-owned hotel with a pool and spa area, and a restaurant with the most exquisite food. What I missed in the building was a lift - as all the rooms are on the first and second floors and I was not the only guest with bad knees or hips. Also the stairs to get into and out of the pool are very high and hard to climb for a slightly disadvantaged older person. The sauna door has a gap at the bottom which lets cold air flow in and prevents the sauna from getting hot enough to fulfil its purpose. So, there is room for improvement! But the wonderful dinner and the friendliness of the staff and owners made up for it.

Les horaires d'accès au SPA n'étaient pas compatible avec mon emploi du temps. Dommage que le restaurant ne soit ouvert que le jeudi et vendredi soir. La chambre était confortable mais la salle de bain un peu étroite et un peu usée. Sinon la literie très agréable et l'espace chambre très spacieux. Le petit déjeuner est correct. L'acceuil de l'hotel très agréable. Attention, je n''ai pas vu d'ascenceur pour monter à l'étage.

Horrible, lit inconfortable, mal isolé phoniquement, on entend tout le monde au dessus et à côté, salle de bain archaïque, pas de colonne de douche proprement dite. Cache WC pendu, on voit un gars trous dans le plafond, meuble ancien, un espèce de clim moisi, bref j'ai payé 139€ pour une nuit dans un des pires hotel que j'ai jamais visité ces derniers 10 ans ( je fait 150 nuitées dans les hôtels par an je sais de quoi je parle) En plus, vous découvrez une fois sur place que l'hôtel facture 30€ pour la piscine et sauna...

Très bon séjour. Nous avons été accueilli par un personnel souriant et sympathique. Nous avons pu nous détendre dans le spa avant d'aller à notre soirée. Nous n'avons pas dîné sur place. La chambre était joliment décorée et confortable. Le petit déjeuner délicieux avec plusieurs pâtisseries faites maison. Nous reviendrons si nous avons à nouveau besoin d'un hôtel à Bordeaux.
