Superb location for accessing the city centre area, airport, and rugby stadium. Staff very helpful. Hotel in a safe location and lobby area very clean and welcoming. Rooms a little dated in design, but overall did the job as a place to lay your head. Double bed very comfy. Pullout bed a little on the small side, but manageable.

The hotel is very conveniently located to the city and transportation. Very close to two museums and excellent bakeries. The rooms are a bit small/cozy, but comfortable beds, clean, and quiet (double windows). If you need an extra towel, can just ask. Our room had tea & instant coffee, hot water kettle, and large water bottle to refill from dispenser in lobby area. Good stay!

Good location and staff

Good location for exploring the city (on the edge of the historic district so it has the benefit of AC). Good sized rooms (for a European city) with adequate amenities and good bistro. Breakfast good (though crowded on Sunday peak times). Staff very helpful.

The immediate area is a bit bland but it is only a short walk to the older and more interesting part of the city. The building is new and very clean and quiet. The room was spotlessly clean and was very comfortable.

The room was clean a bit small being a family room and staff was nice. However the room was super hot, we even had to leave the window open. The receptionist told us they couldn't put AC, but at least gave us a small fan for the room. Aside from that everything was okay.

Great hotel

Quiet, spacious rooms, easy to check in and leave luggage as required. Right next to the tram stop so easy to get to/from the airport. Walkable to cathedral and town centre within 10-20 mins. Good restaurants and convenient shops nearby.

Easy walk to the cathedral, tram A to the airport and several busses nearby. Close to the library. Noise because it was next to the fire fighters station. They offer a free drink per person at the bar if you forego the room cleaning. We took advantage of that, included wine or a beer, quite nice. The barman was also really nice to our 2 and 4 years old. The breakfast was nice, but mobbed, the poor staff had a hard time keeping up with the supplies. We were allowed to check out 1h late, which was appreciated.

The bed was comfortable and it is very conveniently located to the metro. Staff was great. The listing on Expedia said they had a rooftop terrace and laundry facilities which is a large reason why we chose it over others. They did not have laundry facilities or even offer that they had cleaning services and their “rooftop terrace” was a terrace called “Rooftop” that was at ground and second level.

Excellent location and very friendly, helpful staff. Bordeaux centre can be expensive for food and drinks but we found IBIS to be excellent value.

Ibis ibis ibis!!!

Enjoyed our stay immensely, staff very friendly and helpful. Food and drink in restaurant very tasty. Used it every night of our stay it was so good! Liked the free drink offer for keeping our own room tidy!!😀 Returning next week for one night in the baby ibis next door so see how that measures up. If we ever return to BORDEAUX it will be IBIS all the way for us. Cheers John&Denise MORAN

Good stay

Good stay. Room was very quiet. Breakfast very good value for money. Good bar. AC needed to be colder for the heat. We booked two rooms which were advertised as having 3 single beds, but actually had 2 single beds and a sofa bed.
