We booked this hotel on the understanding there was a restaurant only to get there after a long drive from uk! To it being shut and no bar! On an industrial estate so no where walking distance to anywhere, we also should have had time in the spa to which the receptionist couldn’t speak English and basically said she didn’t understand what we were saying! The most uncomfortable pillows as well! Would not recommend this hotel for €105 euros per night wasn’t happy, coffee machine only gave you 1 Luke warm coffee! So go with refreshments if staying Saturday or Sunday! As closed to get any drinks which we was not made aware of when we booked, so will definitely stay somewhere else on our return journey!

J’ai passé mon séjour en couple et nous en somme très satisfait personnel très à l’écoute, très accueillant et très aimable nous avons pus profiter d’une heure de jacuzzi/sauna dans le calme, c’était très propre et très reposant Je recommande +++ 🙏😌

Mitigé - Manque de service pour être au top

Beau potentiel pour cet hotel agréable bien décoré, lumineux, avec chambre très propre, spa agréable, service agréable. Par contre dans la chambre pas de gel douche pas de shampoing, pas de bonde dans la douche, la pomme de douche n'est pas adapté au support et sauna froid pourtant j'avais réservé pour 11h. Tout y est ....manque de service, de suivi c'est dommage.!

J'ai choisi un hôtel plus cher pour un meilleur confort et pouvoir profiter du Spa. La chambre n'a rien à voir à ce qu'on voit sur les photos. Lors de l'enregistrement, on nous a pas bien informé sur le fonctionnement de l'établissement : - l'agent d'accueil disait qu'on pouvait partir quand on veut si on paie 15€ de plus, or ce matin on nous a informé que c'était jusqu'à 15h. - j'avais pris un petit déjeuner pour le dimanche matin, personne ne m'a précisé l'heure du service. Je suis passée à l'accueil le dimanche pour déplacer mon petit déjeuner et me renseigner sur le fonctionnement du Spa. Personne n'a jugé nécessaire de me dire qu'on avait jusqu'à 10h pour prendre notre petit déjeuner, et que le Spa était jusqu'à 12h le jour du départ. Ce que je regrette le plus, c'est d'avoir laissé passer une offre à moitié prix sur un autre établissement beaucoup plus proche du centre ville de Bordeaux, pour aller dans cet hôtel rien qu'à cause du Spa. Et ils se sont amusés à gâcher mon séjour comme ça. C'est la toute dernière fois.

I did not stay at this hotel. I had reserved it but they said that it was forged on their website. They didn't have a room available?? They tried to reach me but couldn't. I did not have a missed call from them. The whole month of traveling I never had any problems staying in contact with the hotel staff except for this one. I had read some reviews about the laziness of the staff but thought we needed to relax and a spa hotel would be perfect. So glad we didn't make it out here. I think if someone books a hotel they should be courteous enough to reach out to them if it isn't available.
