"Very cold no heating had to ask then ask again They let us in to room early but it had not been cleaned so Covid is a bad risk as not been disaffected so would have rather left our stuff in the car until later"

"I had a very disappointing experience with this booking. The apartment was in poor condition, felt uninhabitable, and did not match the description or photos on the listing. Basic standards of cleanliness and safety were not met, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. This experience fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend it. "La casa è adatta a ospitare non più di 10 persone, noi eravamo in 12 e, nonostante gli sforzi apprezzabili della proprietaria Cassie che si è dimostrata gentilissima, abbiamo dovuto affittare una seconda sistemazione. Per il resto, la casa è vicina ad Anfield e per il nostro scopo (addio al celibato con 12 ragazzi sui 35 anni) si è dimostrata più che adatta. Non consigliabile per soggiorni lunghi o per famiglie."

"I didn't stay. I never got sent check in instructions (code for the door etc) they never answered my messages and they didn't answer the phone. Absolute scam. Do not book this. Had to fork out for an emergency Travelodge "

"The soccer suite,I would highly recommend if you are a Liverpool fan, as the stadium is literally 250yrds away , suzzanne was very pleasant, friendly and very informative about buses ,were to go if visiting parts of Liverpool, Breakfast was brilliant, you could have a cooked breakfast, toast or cereal, there is tea and coffee in the rooms , and as I said the whole of the property was dripping with Liverpool posters of players past and present along with managers . Couldn't fault it . 5 stars."
