"Juice machine for morning breakfast was out of order. When asked it's been out for some time. Breakfast selection was not much. Elevator needs attention. Shaking, very noisy and I chose the stairs. Vents in the bathroom were noticably dirty. Hallways were dark and dingy. Staff when encountered were short (rude) with answers as if I interrupted something. Would not return to this location even if offered a free stay. This location needs corporate to order an audit."

"Breakfast was ready on time. Receptionist was checking on me post check in."

"A room with no table/desk nor chair to sit at. No shelf in bathroom to put usual 'stuff'. A carpet that was as hard as the concrete floor underneath. Toilet so low only a ten year old would like. And unless one has a GPS, there's no way to find the hotel."

"One of the nicer Homewood Suites we've stayed at. Great breakfast selections too!"
