MONday Apart Premium Ueno Okachimachi was a great fit for our stay. It was located right near Ueno and was central to local shopping and eating places, with the train only a block away and grocery stores nearby. The room was clean and nice enough and had bunk beds for the kids as well as a washing machine which was very handy.
The only thing was that our room was looking over the train lines so it did get a bit noisy, but after walking through the city all day, we were able to sleep through it with no issues.

"Amazing stay!!! Unfortunately the Godzilla head was under construction which was a bummer but I loved staying here and if I’m back in Japan I’m coming back here! Rooms were small but very functional and comfortable!"
