Booked this hotel specifically for the pool on a weekend. Didn’t open the pool on time due to maintenance and was unable to use the pool at all! I understand that it was busy the day before and they had to ensure levels were safe, but fail to understand why they couldn’t have planned better to do it during a period the pool wasn’t scheduled to be open. Was pretty disappointed we spent the extra money on something that we couldn’t use and all they could offer was as “sorry about that”

Beds were really comfortable. Waterslide was fun. Did not enjoy having housekeeping only every three days, as we ran out of paper products and towels piled up. Sink in our kitchenette was dirty when we arrived. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall it was a good stay. It was very clean and the staff friendly. Lots of free parking and plenty of choices for food very close. The breakfast however was continental with very little seating so we didn’t end up eating there. Great location for a quick one night stay.

The front desk staff are very unpleasant. I booked and paid for my room through the app which is use whenever I travel. While checking in I was asked to leave a $250 deposit. Ok sure. Upon checking out the front desk clerk said I had to wait too check out and then she went to my room to make sure there was no damages. She said they do that too everyone. I’m like ok you go to the room and inspect each and every time someone checks out, unlikely as an Indigenous woman I was likely stereotyped. I did not damage the room, I visited a friend in the area, I came back to my room and slept and then had a shower before I left. So I had too leave this review

I was able to reserve a room that day. When we arrived staff was friendly. I got weirded out only because the vehicle information was on one sheet and completely unconfidential I could see every other guest's information, car make model plate, room number, check out date. It was creepy in that way.
