Get told one thing and then dont honor what they tell you. We were told we could add our points when we arrived and then was told no when we got there. Then we were told if we pay for the 1st night and checked out to re-book for the 2nd night we could use our points. So we did that and then was told no because they are full house and do not accept points at the counter. Horrible staff not helpful at all. When asked to speak to the manager i was told i would get a phone call the next morning and never received a phone call. I will never stay here again. Lack of training and no such thing as helping the customer at all.

Everything was great. Especially liked the complimentary EV charger and the soap/body wash/shampoo dispensers in the bathroom. Had a little issue with the HVAC unit in the room but it didn't affect our stay. Highly recommended.

It is what you would expect given the brand and location. You can only keep a hotel so clean when many who use this hotel work in the oil and gas industry. Breakfast was fantastic and started early. Location is good. I would have rated higher but a group made the parking lot their party zone one night. They were drinking, loud and right below our window. Sleep was no good but I was not going to complain. I would have thought the night staff would have done something.

Loved the staff, loved the room and the breakfast was exceptional. Did not love the $360 per night price. No swimming pool or hotel restaurant or lounge. It was a rather expensive breakfast. We were there to watch our child in the Alberta Winter Games. The price gouging was very unfortunate.

When I arrived to the hotel. The room was clean and no issues. I was staying over Christmas holidays. Monday to Friday in the same room with no room cleaning as they we're short on staff. I was switched to another room for the last 1.5 days left in my stay. The other room was way better, it was suite. Now i will be renting a suite when I bring my little gril with me next year.
