"arrived early, was told room not ready, about an hour wait. Ok, no problem. came back 2.5 hours later, past check-in time at this point (3:30) and room still not ready. AC/heating unit not working. AC running full blast, not able to turn down or off all day/night. No other room to switch to, no maintenance person came."

"Clean room in a great location, close to Newport, close to places to eat free , breakfast was another plus."

"Convenient location"

"Amazing location, lovely room, great staff!"

"We had a lovely stay. Nice room. Comfortable bed."

"Put it this way. The only good thing about that hotel is getting a room that overlooks the ocean so you can see the sunset in the morning. Other than that there’s really no coffee bar. The staff isn’t helpful and the place is musty and it smells bad and it just seems rundown, but they can get away with jacking up the prices.. That was the Atlantic housemark"

"Very clean room, great staff. Well stocked kitchen and a wonderful breakfast, many choices."

"Large clean room"

"This property has a great location, but needs a complete overhaul. The room smelled like mold, the rug was old, the curtains were falling off the rod, the bathroom floor looked like it had not been washed and the woodwork and molding was rotted and needed painting. When we were there we were woken up at 8:50 by construction workers renovating and our room was near the dumpster and they emptied the dumpster that morning also. The entire place needs new wallpaper, painting, fix porches that were...

"Front desk, waiters/waitresses and shuttle staff were all wonderful. Housekeeping was the weak link as for three out of five nights, they did not even show for the room without calling the front desk. Once there, housekeeping services were fine. If not for this, our overall assessment would have been excellent."

"Staff was amazing! Felt right at home. Great location and will definitely be back!"
