"I feel as if the moto today is pay more and get less but that’s across the board for everything. The room needed a few more towels. I don’t mind not having daily maid service ( and I could ask for it) but please give me more than two towels in the room. We were able to ask for more but then again I paid enough not to have to go get more towels. The breakfast nook was very minimal, which wasn’t a big deal for me but again pay more get less. The coffee was terrible. So weak it didn’t even taste like coffee. Again, pay more get less. On the positive I would go back and recommend the hotel. It was a perfect location! Very friendly staff and very clean. The little things that can mean a lot just weren’t there."

"Well maintained property. Clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Very convenient location for dining, getting to the beach and other activities. Two things that could be improved upon. 1) the lighting in the room was terrible. Just a few lamps that could not be moved at all and gave very low illumination 2) we were told house keeping was every other day but after two days no one had come . Had to request that trash be emptied and towels replaced . There is a coffee maker in the room but without housekeeping coming we had to request the little coffee pods each day ."

"The location is what it’s all about. The Lawn is a unique huge-crowd enjoyment of the view from this location. Thankfully the view from the HarbourHouses is the beautiful private version of this great view. Breakfast offering is very good and delicious. Staff are friendly and engaging but the delivery is slow. The FineDining in Aurelio is good but frankly slightly overrated. Should not serve whipped butter in a fine dining restaurant. And bread after 3 courses?!? Lobster and Beef course were very good. Others were good but not special. Chad and all the guys on Valet are terrific working super hard! The design of the Harbour Houses are slightly below standard for the HUGE price that is charged. No couple should live with one sink at this price point. Overall a good experience but frankly well below value for money. "

"We had an excellent stay at the B&B. The staff was lovely and very helpful and attentive. It was peaceful and quiet. Easy to get over to Newport by the Ferry, with able to leave my car parked with the on street parking provided."
