Nice place for a business stay.

The service was very helpful. The view of the Rhine and the sauna are a bonus. The room was clean and quiet. The only issue I had was that the coffee machine in the lobby either wasn't open or working most of my stay.

A very good place to stay and in a walkable distance to all important places in town centre. A tasty breakfast, if you’re big group, get down early enough to get a nice table with a view at the Rhein river.

Charming and unique!

Beautiful and charming hotel. Great service and location! My only complaint is that one of the two elevators was not working, so it was sometimes a HUGE wait for the elevator.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area overlooking the Rhine river. Sitting outdoors was a lovely touch. The hotel is on the older side and could use a bit of a refresh to bring it up to a 4 star hotel. The staff was polite, but did not go out of their way to help . Needs a bit of attention .

Beautiful room with a view

I received a strange email with option to upgrade my deluxe room to a junior suite. I just had to tell them how much I would pay for the 20 Euro upgrade. They never told me if I got the upgrade. When I checked in, I had to ask about the upgrade. No, the junior suite was sold out. When I checked out, they charged me for the upgrade that I never received. Room was really nice with a beautiful river view. Food was excellent. Elevator was tricky.
