"The room was clean but there was no coffee machine in the room. English is not widely spoken which makes communication difficult. The pool area is great, however, the system for getting drinks at the pool is not efficient. You tap your wrist band to get a drink and then have to sign a chit later. I waited one and a half hours to sign the chit that was never presented to me at the pool. The hotel was accommodating in arranging a late check out due to a change in my travel plans."

"I was Cheated .. i paid for the Ocean view room , but was denied and made excuses .. and was asked to cancel my booking when I objected , the reception manager threatened me to call police if I objected more This is the Wost experience of my 20 years of travelling I need my money back or a compensation.. it’s very rude and disrespectful "

"The room definitely needs renovations; the furniture looked old, and the bathroom was particularly disappointing, with signs of mold and stains on the sink. Daily cleaning was underwhelming, although the room service was excellent. The reception staff’s attitude left much to be desired. Be cautious at checkout: we were charged for minibar items we did not consume—two bottles of water totaling R$24—even though we were certain we didn’t touch anything. The receptionist insisted, and while we didn’t argue, it was frustrating. Checkout itself also takes a long time. Location wise: if you want a quieter, sauter and cleaner neighborhood, it is good but it is far from all the tourist attractions. Overall, the hotel does not meet typical 4-star standards. "

"There was a huge coachorage in my bathroom and after I hardly killed that oneand couldn’t sleep I saw another one next day. I asked them to change my room and they said they can’t and they don’t have any room. After I insisted so hard they accepted and all of a suddeb there was another room. I know there are coachorages hidden behind bathroom doors wooden pieces, so if you get that kind of room where there is space they can hide you will most likely sleep with one and even see it and scream like I did. God they are huge!!!"
