"The staff were friendly, just a short walk from Milano Centrale station. The room was clean with a large shower and adequate for my needs. The attractions of Milan are easily reachable by public transport and a light continental breakfast is available in the morning "

More importantly, on the second morning there was no hot water at all, meaning I had to take a cold shower. For me, the essentials of any hotel stay are a clean room, a good night’s sleep, and a hot shower. Unfortunately, not all of these were met."

"The room is very clean and contemporary. The location is close to the train station, about 10 minutes walk. It is right next to a subway station, a small supermarket where I bought water. Across the street there is a flying tiger store and bubble tea shop. Numerous restaurants around. Breakfast is good too."
