"Hotel location provides convenient access to public transportation such as bus and Bologna Central Station. It makes traveling and visiting other neighboring cities convenient. The room is spacious and clean. Staffs are friendly, kind and helpful. Most importantly, they are proficient in English which makes ease of communication for foreign travelers. Customer service is great and they go beyond to making breakfast box for guests who need to travel early outside of breakfast operation hours....

"Conveniently located close to the station as well as being on a main shopping street. There were road works happening outside during our stay so it was a bit noisy but can’t really hold that against the hotel!"

"Great location, within walking distance to the centre, if a y downside it is a very busy Street with bus stops not far so constant traffic noise even with closed shutters. Loved that the laundry facilities are free to use. Lots of space in the apartment and servicing if you want it. Would stay again."

"We’ve never stayed at a Social Hub before and enjoyed the entire vibe. The reception area was great and very informal. Loved our room and the pool area was spectacular. Would definitely return and can’t wait to try this hotel in another city! Live music and dancing in the pool area one night. Very ‘social’ place Close to train station and very reasonable price. "I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff truly took pride in the work they did and it was really felt. The restaurant is phenomenal. One of the highlights was doing the Pasta making experience. We met Monica who showed us her pasta making skills and she was so warm and lovely and talented and Mara translated Beautifully.
