We had a lovely stay in one of the family rooms. It was a great space for our family of 4 especially the balcony with a view of one of the cities towers. The location was perfect, easy walking distance from the main sights and a bakery right by the anpartment entrances. The self check in was very straight forward.
Loved everything about this room-especially the balcony and the view!!! Right in the heart of Bologna, easy walk to everything! Staff was very helpful and responded quickly! Would definitely stay here again
The room was very nice and the terrace with the view to the two towers was amazing. We spent many hours out there.
The AC was really efficient and the bed was comfy. There were no appliances (like an Electric kettle), but it wasn’t really nexessary as there is a nice cafe on street level. Only thing that would’ve been nice to have, is a mini-fridge to keep our water cold.
I will definitely book this room on my next trip to Bologna!
Fantastic central location! Wonderful view from the balcony of our ‘family room’. No on-site reception, but prompt and friendly responses to all requests through WhatsApp. They do clearly state their limited reception hours but I got responses to concerns right away. Had a little trouble finding our room the first time but well worth the challenge! ( Interior gate is right next to Feltrinelli’s bookstore.) The family room is upstairs from the other rooms, hence the wonderful view. Basic accommodation (apart from the lovely balcony!), but clean, good Wi-Fi, good shower, comfortable bed. 2 great coffee shops downstairs. I highly recommend.
The location was perfect for sightseeing Venice! It was really close to the the water bus drop off and a quick walk to almost all the major points of interest. The room and property were well kept and clean and the staff was very attentive. The breakfast was amazing!
The location is perfect, right in the heart of old Bologna. The property manager was extremely helpful even getting us in before check in time and helping us schedule a cab to the airport.
Very nice room in a good location. Only downsides were that you had to schedule your check in/out times (since there is no one on site) and pay to store your baggage after check out.

The view from balcony was amazing!! Large room with excellent amenities.
We were really happy with our stay. Facilities are nice and location great. And the bar/cafe/restaurant downstairs by the entrance have a very good breakfast menu. Only minus is that you hear your neighbors very well (only the neighbors, not any noise from the street) and we had booked with a balcony but got a room without it.
Great location. The central shared kitchen area was a great addition. The room was small but there were so many additional spaces to relax. The view just below the tower was amazing.
Great experience. Very accommodating hosts, even if it is by What's app. So responsive. Exceptionally well placed accommodation in the centre of Bologna. Would not hesitate to book again.
The Cosmopolitan Aquaderni was a wonderful place for my family to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable and they accommodated our luggage while we arrived early and went on a tour of the city. The rooms are centrally located so you can walk to everything very easily. Communication and instructions to access the rooms were spot on! We would definitely come back!
The location was great for sight-seeing. Balcony overlooked the leaning towers (the room pictured; room 8). The owner was helpful and respectful. The rooms were very clean and up to date. Good restaurants and bars are within walking distance, as are interesting landmarks. Overall, the experience was a good experience. I would highly recommend staying at this property.
Not a real hotel. Hard to find, even for the local police and nearby businesses. Good location and clean room.

For the price the room was great value and location excellent. Quite hard to find so perhaps saying it is in the galleria and opposite the café would help. The key pad to our room was faulty and so we had to try more than 4 or 5 times to get in and more concerning out of the room.
We (2 adults 2 children)stayed at the room with balcony on the top floor for only 1 night.
My family, especially my kids loved this place.
The room is not big, but clean, updated, very cute like a cottage. They have an elevator which is thankful for carrying big suitcases.
The location is awesome!!! So close to the leaning tower (30 seconds) We wish we could stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Disliked: Room comfort
Centrally located , expensive, incredible narrow
We loved the location. Close to everywhere. The design of the room is classy . The bathroom and also the room are too narrow. There is not any holder for towels in the bathroom. The sink is stocked alltime .We are not fat people but we are disappointed the size and the conveniences of the room. It is expensive . We paid 150 euro per night ( include taxes)

Traveling with a family of five and we stayed in the rooftop room. The air conditioner was located facing a corner of the room and did not circulate well. Room was hot and stuffy both nights. Plus, to get to the room there were about 15 steps to get to the door. Was difficult with the luggage and after walking all day.
Newly remodeled floors and bath, great memory foam mattress, security-coded iron gates to enter stairwell to the third-floor room. Great location 50 yards from the towers but yet located in the back of the building so very quiet sleeping. Everything was great until the end when Leno, our host, who was very attentive generally, promised a 10:00 a.m. cab for a 15-minute ride to the train station for a 10:50 train to Firenze. We’ll, after a 30-minute wait, still no cab, which resulted in a missed train, a sour-note ending to an otherwise pleasant stay.
