Most staff was nice , the front office staff were snotty and not helpful at !! Location on the beach is amazing! Sanibel / Captiva have captured my heart and I can’t wait to return. "The overall aesthetic of the property is breathtaking, the landscaping the lobby the view of the harbor the rooms are nice the staff are very helpful, the manager that we had the pleasure of meeting (Carrissa) was so attentive she made sure that we were comfortable and all of our needs were met everything about this stay was A-1 it was the best anniversary yet my husband and I look forward to our next visit"
