"The staff were friendly, informative, and extremely helpful. The house cleaning was immaculate. The hotel was clean inside and out. I had originally planned on just a stay for 5 days but chose to extend my stay another 7 days because of the way we were treated at La Quinta Milwaukee Airport. I would definitely recommend if your the area!"

"I rented this room for a friend who was in tough spot and needed a place short term until she could get something more stable lined up. Property was a bit scary. At least one secure door was continually left ajar. Room Key failed and needed to be replaced daily. My friend had difficulty getting towels exchanged at the front desk, and reported being treated very rudely, especially by male desk staff, for most of her visit. Room appeared clean to me, but other areas were run down and not well maintained. I visited one evening and frankly, given arguements in adjoining rooms, and noises in hallways. I feared for her safetfy a bit. At one point while I was there it sounded like someone was attempting to enter the room. When I went to look who was in the hall, there was no one, but a key card was laying in front of her door. All in all, not a place I would recommend anyone stay at in the future, especially a single female."

"property was renovating so messy in several areas. Floor of the room was not very clean, lots of dust. Amenities: the gym is very small but they have an inside pool that is very nice. Staff was fine too. Breakfast was not good, food quality was not the best."

"The room was not very clean, there was hair on the wall of the shower, the halls were filled with smoke (non smoking facility), there was someone doing laundry near midnight watching a movie. I only stayed there for about 7 hours just to sleep. The bed was comfortable."

"I have never stayed at a hotel with a staff like this one. I actually received a phone call from them saying that I could check in at 2:00, in response to a request made by me the day before. They also volunteered a meeting room for us to use for a 2-hour murder mystery. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was constantly replenishing the food and tidying up the area. The desk staff was friendly and the room was clean."
