They will tell you its the well water to just run hot water & not only does this not work, you end up with cold...

We didn't get to use the parking spot promised in the back due to concrete repair going on. But there was ample street parking. The fridge did not work when we arrived and the owner sent maintenance the next day to fix it. All in all, we had a great time."
