"The front desk personnel is extremely helpful and friendly. I have to dedicate some words for Myrian because she is do efficient that is material for a higher position within the organization. I am not related to her, and I met her here, but as a member with many years I know how I lime to be treated. The other lady is also very friendly although we did not have the opportunity to interact with her. Great hotel staff."

"Perfect hotel just out of Burgos, very easy to get into town by car. Plenty of parking. Spotless room and amazing staff! Quiet at night and comfortable bed. Cristiano had great suggestions for things to do and places to visit! Breakfast was very basic."

"This was a lovely stay in Burgos. The hotel staff were welcoming, spoke fantastic English, and made our stay smooth and comfortable. We were there for the eclipse and it was fully booked and busy, but all of our needs were met with great hospitality. The hotel is also in a convenient location: walkable to and from the bus station if you’re traveling to/from Madrid or any other big city, and walkable to the beautiful Old Town of Burgos. We loved it!"

"Lovely clean rooms, one of the best hotels we have stayed in Spain, staff were very kind and friendly we didn’t pay for breakfast as we had to set off to Portugal early but the receptionist let us grab a free coffee and toast for kids 😍 bar was lovely"

"Overall nice hotel and good experience. The couch in the lobby was stained, as was the carpet in our room. And it was not just one stain, but stained all over. The AC worked well on 98 degree days. The lobby was comfortable. The lunch and breakfast were good, but both times we went to eat there was absolutely no one available to check us in. (And, no, we were not eating on an American or other schedule.) Very close to the center of town and all sights. Overall fine. Nothing special. But definitely needs a make over and some cleaner carpets and upholstery."
