"Room was great. Staff was great. You will want to uber if you go anywhere but the beach. If you're alone they allow 1 free visitor, you have to pay for more visits."

"Reception was OK. Most of the staff were cordial, notably the young men serving in the restaurant and those working in the baggage area in the lobby, and the pool attendants. The room had a tiny dribble of cold water in the shower, no water at all (literally) in the taps of the bath tub, and a usable but small amount of cold water in the sink. We ended up taking our showers in the jacuzzi area several floors below our room, which was challenging because there are no bathrobes provided, On arrival the kettle in the room worked, which we needed because no drinkable water was available in the room or in the public spaces, (apart from one container of juice 11 floors below in the lobby), After boiling one kettlefull of water it ceased to work. It was not difficult to get it replaced, however. At checkout we were charged for minibar items that we did not even know were in the minibar and certainly had not consumed. The taxi drivers were very pleasant but I would prefer not to have been reminded to tip them. I always tip generously, there is no need to ask me for a tip."

"This is a good option if you’re looking for a budget-friendly all-inclusive resort. Of course, for the price, you shouldn’t expect a luxurious experience. The drinks are very basic, and the food is quite repetitive, with similar options served every day. Dinner restaurants require reservations; however, even if you forget, you’ll still be able to dine somewhere. The A/C only keeps the room somewhat fresh, not truly cool. We had three rooms, and all of them had the same issue. We contacted reception, but they told us everything was working properly, so it seems that’s just how their system operates. Some of the staff are very nice, especially in the restaurants, though it often feels tied to tipping. Otherwise, service is just average. beach is NOT private and NO CLEAR WATER if that's what you are looking for. We rented a car, which was very convenient, but I strongly recommend staying within the tourist areas. We decided to visit a beach about an hour away from the hotel, and it turned into a very scary experience. We were almost robbed—motorcyclists started following us, and eventually a group of men blocked the road and wouldn’t let us pass. We had to quickly turn around and drive away at high speed. They followed us for a while before finally stopping. Aside from that incident, the hotel itself is good, and the nearby tourist areas feel safe, with plenty of security. One downside is that vendors can be very persistent and sometimes a bit harassing."

"Was the most terrifying experience of my life, the hotel looks so abandoned (no maintenance) The rooms smells so bad, The pillows smelled bad and were stained. As soon as we arrived and realized that the hotel was that bad, we immediately canceled the reservation and we moved to another hotel."
