"The bedroom carpet was dirty—socks would turn black in no time; the cleaning could definitely be improved. We chose this hotel based on good reviews for families with children, but there isn’t even a playroom, and the kids' menu is very limited. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations."

"We arrived early and the hotel staff allowed us into our room and even upgraded us. Location was great for one night as lots of places are walkable. Breakfast was good, bed was comfy - would highly recommend. Only disappointment was the rooftop bar being closed for the season."
