We had a great time, the location is perfect, all staff are really nice and welcoming, specially the cleaning manager, she was really helpful, professional and friendly. Front desk staff was very thoughtful and friendly as well specially the last day of our stay. Thank you for making our stay a great experience. We definitely will come back.

A 5-star hotel in a 2-star neighborhood. Staff are excellent, airport transfers were prompt and courteous, the room was amazing, and enjoying the morning on the room's balcony was glorious. Stick to the main streets and all is good. Things get real sketchy, real quick for those that go exploring. People are generally friendly though. A little Español and a sincere smile goes a long way.

Amenties could be improved. 2 threadbare towels in the bathroom. Everything felt cheap. Low quality toilet roll that was limited. No pool towels We had a suite that had a 2nd bathroom which had been locked for 2 of our 5 days. Kettle but no tea bags or coffee.
