"We loved our stay at Maison Cabral! The room and pool area were beautiful and the whole hotel has such a tranquil feel. This was our second time in Porto (having stayed more central the first time) and this area felt so much nicer - really local and relaxing. All the staff at the hotel were lovely and so helpful in every way - they automatically upgraded us to a royal suite at no additional cost and we were amazed by the room and the beautiful view of the Douro river. The in room dining and included breakfast were so delicious and had a lot of variety. Special recognition to Marta for recommending us other cool places to check out for our other stops in Lisbon and Lagos. Would absolutely recommend staying here!"

"Property was very clean... room very spacious....the breakfast was worth the money, a big variety of food. As per the downfall ....we had no hot water (not sure why)we notified front desk around 5:30 --6:00PM ... they noted it and was going to take care of it right away ...we went out for the night and arrived late (2:30AM) I just wanted to take a shower and go to sleep...well the problem was not taken care off. I went back to front desk at that moment now its about 3 in the morning they came to...
