"Located in a great spot by the beach with great restaurants all around. Host desk Staff was unkind to wife Friday night when she came to ask them for info on where to find meds due to food poisoning from (we strongly think) their food. Past that, everything was perfect"

Having breakfast on the terrace looking at the sea was delightful. The staff was fantastic. Rosa and her colleague went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable. "Francesca in maintenance was very meticulous and helpful. Both Victoria's and Jessica in reception went beyond helping me. The young gentleman who should us to the room was helpful in that we needed to ask him to help us with our luggage up the stairs as we are not the strongest and he told us he was not supposed to help. The women in the buffet area were very helpful but we wanted to have more hot entrees. The entrees were many and very delicious"

"The hotel was gorgeous, beautiful pool area and lovely, large rooms. My complaint is with the hotel restaurant itself. We had been traveling all day and were hungry. We were the second table to arrive at the restaurant. We ordered food and then waited. And waited. And waited. After an hour, we were furious. Our waiter had NEVER come back to our table, never brought food, never checked, etc. We got up to leave and suddenly he ran over to us. We left the restaurant, feeling super angry....

"Staff is friendly. There is a hotel section and an apartment section at this property which is very new. We stay in an apartment which is very cleanly maintained. The sea view apartment has a great view. Kitchen was well equipped except that there was no pan among the utensils. We see a paper towel rack but no paper towel. Suggest to provide paper towel as well as aluminum foil for use in the oven. It was hard to clean with the cookie sheet after used. Check in time was 15:00 but we...

"Stayed for one night . Very dated . Had a walk out but outside light didn’t work . The bathroom Was very longed space for toiletries and shower is very small .beds are very hard and pillows are terrible"

Er zijn ook voldoende parkeerplekken voor de deur (wel tegen betaling binnen bepaalde tijdstippen). Het inchecken verliep ook vlot en aardig personeel. "
