"We asked front desk for an excursion and they reserved it for us. After the excursion, we went back to tell them that the things that we were told would happen on the excursion never happened. The person at the front desk responded with, “well you should’ve asked for it” instead of apologizing. Never offered to help resolve the issue with the company that they booked."

"I loved every bit of this hotel down to the little things . Room was clean and they offer to change daily if you want .breakfast buffet was off the charts with soo many options which I loved . Staff was very friendly and helpful . Very serene and quiet around the hotel which was important for me . It’s walkable to beach and the old town so it’s perfect to do many things around without a car"

"The location is great, very close to the Ponta da Piedade, a must see in the Algarve. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are very nice. Good bed and pillows. And great views of the pool in our case. The staff were very helpful. "So this place was a great value in terms of location and price. The staff was not very enthusiastic towards tourists, seemed agitated. The place charges you for tap water & has no alternatives. I had the room with the bunk beds, very spacious but impractical for usage. Everyone in the room banged their heads upwards of 2-3 times for our stay. Other than that, has good AC, and wifi."
