"We just wanted to say a big thank you for making our stay so special. The surprise wine and decorations for our wedding anniversary were such a thoughtful touch—we were truly delighted! We also couldn’t stop admiring the beautiful surroundings of the hotel, especially the lovely trees and decorations. It created such a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The owner P'Vi's kindness and attention to detail really made our visit unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back and will definitely be recommending your hotel to everyone to Nan province. "Stay was good. Services was excellent most of the time; however, some of the staff did not speak english and we had to use google translate to communicate. Wifi went down an s they said wait until tomorrow, but we needed to work, so wenteied to explain to reboot router but they were clueless. Finally after saying "no wifi, no pay" they made a phone call and they rebooted router and all was fine."
